ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Sarah
I'm a trauma-informed yoga teacher specialised in supporting people navigating mental health and body image challenges. My journey into this work began through my own experience with recovery. I know how powerful it can be to find a practice that doesn’t ask for perfection— one that simply meets you and holds space for wherever you are. This continues to shape how I hold space: with care, respect, and an understanding that everyone’s experience is different.
My approach is shaped by my training and ongoing study in yoga therapy, trauma-informed care, nervous system regulation, and eating disorder recovery. I work within my scope of practice as a specialised yoga teacher, and always refer out when additional support is needed.
Orginally from Los Angeles, California, I currently live and teach in Barcelona, Spain. When I'm not on the mat, I enjoy hiking, photography, and being outdoors.

I draw from my training in trauma-informed yoga, somatic awareness, and mindfulness-based practices to create sessions that prioritise safety, choice, and connection. Whether working one-on-one or in a small group, my intention is the same: to offer a space where you can feel safe and at home in your body, exactly as it is.
Sessions are not a replacement for medical or mental health care, but can be a supportive complement alongside professional care.
