Hi, I'm Sarah— and I believe yoga can support a more compassionate relationship between your mind and your body. As a trauma-informed yoga teacher, my work is focused on supporting those navigating mental health and body image challenges, disordered eating, and the journey back to feeling safe in their own skin.
Every session is shaped around you— your body, your needs, your pace. There's no pressure to look a certain way or push past your limits. Just gentle, intentional movement designed to help you reconnect with yourself.
